Elliott Members’ Lounge

The relaxed setting provides the ideal space for your next holiday party or small gathering. Our comfortable seating and occasional tables can be arranged for elegant wine receptions or intimate dinner parties.

 Rate: $150/day

Capacity: 25 attendees - cocktail reception

                14 attendees - seated dinner/meeting

Agra Torchinsky Salon

The Salon is a long, light filled space with endless entertaining possibilities. Ideal for weddings, corporate receptions, galas and more,  an adjacent private kitchen with a commercial warming oven and walk-in cooler is perfect for your catering needs.

Workshop: Rate: $250/day, Capacity: 50 attendees

Cocktail Reception: Rate: $400/day, Capacity: 200 attendees

Seated Banquet: Rate: $600/day, Capacity: 130 attendees

Classroom 

Our classroom set-up encourages full room communication, suitable for small workshops and training sessions.

Rate: $150/day, Capacity: 20 - hollow square /15 - U-shape

Shumiatcher Theatre

Our inviting theatre is filled with comfortable tiered seating, perfect for viewing presentations on our 14 foot screen. Suitable for performances, lectures and film screenings, the theatre also features a 19’ x 38’ stage, sound system and theatre lighting. 

Rate: $425/day, Capacity: 185 attendees (165 fixed seats, 20 aisle chairs)

Leader Post Boardroom

Displaying stunning art work from our permanent collection this private, formal setting is the perfect space to motivate colleagues and get ideas flowing. Room features a 5’ x 5’ hidden projection screen.

Rate: $150/day, Capacity: 20 attendees

Lorne & Evelyn Johnson Conference Room

With windows that bring in natural light from the adjacent hallway, this room is a popular location for business meetings, seminars and conferences.

Rate: $135/day, Capacity: 20 attendees hollow square / 15 U-shape

Private Gallery Viewing

Access to the exhibition galleries is free during Gallery hours. Galleries may be kept open after hours for private viewing by your event guests. Requests to open the galleries must be received at least 14 days prior to your event.

After Hours Exhibition Access - $50/hr, Facilitated Exhibition Tour - $45/hr
